DemeTECH non-absorbable nylon suture is a sterile, non-absorbable surgical suture composed of long-chain aliphatic polymers Nylon 6 and Nylon 6,6. DemeTECH non-absorbable nylon suture meets all requirements established by the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) and the European Pharmacopoeia (EP) for non-absorbable polyamide surgical sutures.

Demelon sutures are monofilament sutures made of nylon. They are specially designed for fragile tissues. The smooth surface of Demelon sutures reduces the risk of bacterial retention, irritation, and infection.
