Probe

The exploratory probe is a must for the dental surgeon. Indeed, this diagnostic probe is used prior to surgery to detect any oral anomalies in the patient's mouth (cavities, tartar level, tooth sensitivity etc.). The probe is generally composed of a long, round handle and a rather thin, pointed beak to access all areas of the mouth.
