How to choose a sterilization test

on a specific Bowie & Dick cycle

Has to be carried out on each autoclave cycle: A Prion test must be put inside each sterilization pouch to guarantee the sterilization to Prions.

= a small pouch which contains 10 layers of thick cardboard = a 1.5 m long tube closed at one end and open at the other end
