How do I create my account?
To create your customer account, simply click on the "New Customer" button at the top right of the website. You can fill in all your customer account information and register.
What do I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" button in your login area. Enter the e-mail address linked to your customer account and an e-mail will be sent to you to reset your password.
How do I update my information (address, password, etc.)?
To update your information, log in to your customer account and go to the "My personal information" tab. Then, you just have to modify the desired information and to save the new data.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order on our website whether you have a customer account or not. To do so, add items to your shopping cart by selecting the quantity of the item you wish to order directly via the product sheet. Once you have finished, click on the shopping cart icon named “My cart” at the top right of the site. Check the contents of your basket, then click on "Place order". Check the items in your order and click on "Proceed to checkout". Please log in or fill in the necessary information if you do not have a customer account, before proceeding to the next step. Then choose your pre-registered delivery address or add a new delivery address. Please also provide your billing address if it is not the same as your delivery address. Once all addresses are correct, proceed to the next step. Then choose a delivery option and proceed to the next step to make your payment.

How will I know when my order is confirmed?
Once you have made your payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the products ordered, the total price and delivery information.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
The average delivery time is 5 working days. All our orders are delivered by courier. However, there may be circumstances beyond our control that may delay delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Please note that you can only cancel an order if it has not been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, wait until you receive it and then return it. If not, you can cancel it. To do this, please have your order number ready and call our customer service team on 0203 808 1110.
What is your returns policy?
To ensure that you are satisfied with the quality of the product and that the technical aspects meet your requirements, we offer FREE samples which allow you to test our products before committing to a purchase. Therefore, we are happy for you to return any damaged or faulty products at our expense. However, if you are returning products for any other reason, you will be responsible for the cost of returning them. To do this, please return the items in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice. The package should be returned to the address on the invoice: HYGITECH LTD company, French Chamber of Great Britain, Becket House, 1 Lambeth Palace Road, London, SE1 7EU. Can I order product samples?
Yes, for most of our products you can try before you buy. Call us on 0203 808 1110 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send to you samples FREE of charge and without obligation of buying.
How do I use my promotional code?
If you have a promotional code that you would like to use for your order, simply place your order as you normally would. Once you have reached the payment stage, add the promotional code on the "Promo code" tab, below the question “Have a promo code?”.
I haven't received my invoice?
After placing an order, you will receive an invoice by e-mail within 24 to 48 hours. If you have not received your invoice within this time, please contact us on 0203 808 1110 or send an e-mail to email@example.com
How do I track my parcel?
Following your order, you will have received an e-mail with the Fedex tracking number. You can track your order directly on the Fedex website.
I have not received my order?
We aim to deliver every order within 5 working days, but circumstances beyond our control may delay delivery. If after 5 working days you have not received your order, please contact us on 0203 808 1110, our customer service will be happy to help you.
How much is the delivery charge?
For all orders under £175, delivery costs are £15. For orders over this amount, delivery is free.
How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
Would you like to receive our news and special offers? Subscribe to the newsletter! Just go to the bottom of the home page of our website and enter your email address in the "Newsletter" tab.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
If you no longer wish to receive emails from Hygitech, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of each email page.
