Helix test with 250 indicators

Helix test tests an autaclave's capacity to sterilise hollow items such as suction or irrigation tubes. It needs to be carried out every day during a specific cycle (in an empty autoclave). Aim: Steam must penetrate the length of a narrow coiled tube and cause a reaction on a slip of folded paper printed with indicator ink at the sealed end. Presentation: The test comprises a 1.5 meter-long tube open at one end, with the other end containing a capsule for the sterilisation indicator slip.
